3. Service Booking and Estimates
Service requests can be made in person, via phone, or online through our website.
Quotes and estimates are provided based on initial assessment and may change if additional issues are discovered during repair.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service requests at our discretion.
4. Repairs and Warranty
All repairs are performed using high-quality or manufacturer-approved parts where possible.
A 30-day limited warranty applies to most repairs, covering defects in workmanship or replacement parts.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or third-party interference.
Software issues or data loss following repair.
Devices previously repaired or tampered with by another service provider.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

6. Payment Terms
Prices for services and parts are provided in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of service or before device collection.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards.
Devices not collected within 60 days of service completion may be disposed of or resold to recover costs, as permitted under UK consumer law.
7. Liability Limitation
While we handle all devices with care, Excellent-Tech Solutions Ltd is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, income, or business opportunities arising from device failure or delays.
Manufacturer defects or software incompatibilities beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Refurbished Devices and Product Sales
All refurbished products sold by us are fully tested and include a minimum 3-month warranty.
Products are sold “as described” and must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Customers must inspect items upon receipt. Any issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery or collection.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel a booked service before work begins for a full refund.
Once repair or installation work has started, refunds are not available for labor costs.
Refunds for parts are possible only if the part is unused and returned in original condition within 7 days.
